Our warm spring has meant tons of good grazing and an early hay cut for the animals and a garden bursting with yumminess for us (and our CSA and market customers!)

Is that lovage or celery? The strawberries look wonderful. We’ve been enjoying them too. We missed the weather window for hay, sadly, so unlike you, no early cut.

Lovage – around here, there’s a bit of a lovage/hatage reaction to it so I have to be careful how often it makes it into dinner! That was a crazy early cut some were able to manage this year – I wonder if some might squeeze out three cuts before all is said and done?
