Weekly Photo Challenge: (Horizon)

There is a horizon there somewhere… quite a challenge to take a horizon photo under conditions like these! There should also be a bright morning sun somewhere…

    I know the feeling! A storm is heading straight for the UK this weekend and into Monday, hurricane winds we’re being told and weather warnings in place. Yikes! I do like your photo, lots of atmosphere and I love the foggy background.

    I see your problem! Incredibly atmospheric picture, though. Don’t know if you’re a Twilight fan, but it looks like Edward Cullen should be jumping from one of those trees at any moment!

      Indeed! Not only does everything look rather vampire-friendly these days, sound is also distorted. When the fog descends, it’s hard to tell where a sound is coming from or how close it is. A couple of times I thought my hogs had escaped because their snuffling seemed like it was right beside me and not coming from their pen where they belong! All rather disconcerting. Edward leaping over a log would not surprise me at all!
